Meet Faith
FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Faith Arthur is a Title I educator, community advocate, and nonprofit founder who created B.Y. Funding to solve a problem she saw every day: schools knowing what students need but lacking the flexible funding to make it happen.
After years of planning family engagement events, fundraising for her own classroom, and supporting families directly, Faith built B.Y. Funding to move resources into schools with speed, dignity, and trust. Her work bridges classroom reality and community power, ensuring educators are supported and families are welcomed as partners in learning.
