Our Team

Small but mighty — and growing.

Right now, B.Y. Funding is led by one person: Faith Arthur, Founder & Executive Director. Faith wears many hats, from meeting with partners to planning and hosting events— but I’m never alone. Our work is powered by an incredible network of volunteers, partners, and community members who believe in our mission: fueling schools and building youth.

We’re in an exciting season of growth, and we’re looking for passionate people to join us, as volunteers and future team members.
